ANSYS College project create simple beam model and shell model -- 2

Develop and test a jib crane model in ANSYS using 1) beam elements 2) create shell model from given solid-works model 3) For shell model create efficient solution that reduced computing time and asses mesh convergence. Provide step by step instructions for each part 1-3. I am a new ANSYS user and am finding it difficult to complete an assignment in time. The assignment is for ANSYS beginners so nothing to difficult for a competent user. Attached is a pic of the crane. No moving parts.
