Also I'm a little restrained because you stated this SO explicit. I mean it's either obvious, so why state the obvious, or it's not there, which makes it kinda indifferent. Hello, I checked out the music on youtube and its great! It's something I would really enjoy working on for hours and hours. I also feel confident that I can deliver a good mix to you guys. I'm a bass player in a band as well, and I record all of my bands music so I know the whole creative and technical process of recording. I have a good amount of gear to use on my mixes. I currently use pro tools 11 and I'm very efficient in it. I also have a ton of time open in the next few months to dedicate to this project. I know you guys are limited to this freelancer thing, but I can mix and master one song for free to start us off. Hi there! My name is Giacomo Gaiatto, I'm Italian, 25 years old, and i live in Leeds, UK. I am an audio engineer enthusiast. I've worked in studios in Italy, Spain and England and now I'm setting up my own place here in Leeds. I played guitars since I was a kid, but from the start of my career I concentrated a lot more on the technical side, so I'd say am more an engineer than a producer. I focused a lot on learning mixing and now I can say (humbly) that I'm pretty good at it. I also build different kind of analog equipment, from guitar pedals to studio gear (compressors, preamps,..) I found your project really interesting, because of the diy-approach. Then I listened to your tracks on youtube and I can say honestly I liked them, there is definitely a grunge vibe, which is one of my favorite music genres. So yeah it's been a nice surprise to find your project here, and I thought I should get in contact with you.
