Requirement for the Job Profile with Key Skills & abilities : • Defines learning objectives, works with subject matter experts, researches topics, prepares job aids, selects appropriate media (e.g., instructor-led, CBT, job aid, etc.), writes, illustrates, and revises instructor and participant materials and conducts pilot tests of materials, following the five-step design process (needs analysis; design analysis; prototype; development; evaluation). Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to determine needs, develop course content and evaluate effectiveness of training programs. • Ability to design engaging, interactive courses for adult learners in an online (asynchronous and synchronous) delivery modality, deployed within and outside of an LMS • Write, edit, and format all training materials needed for each program including: facilitator scripts, story boards, tutorials, webinars, videos, and other training media as needed. • Maintains resource library of e-learning materials. • Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through surveys, interviews and analysis with internal and external stakeholders. • Deliver on all stages of a project from start-up to finish within the established timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects to successful completion. • Interacts with other Corporate Training team members, collaborating on design initiatives when appropriate.
