Business writers to turn an audio interview into a cheat sheet and article THE BRIEF We are looking for writers who can assist us help people think differently. nLIVEn is a leadership coaching and management consulting business for executives, boards and business owners. Our mission is to energise and inspire people to fulfil their vision. We need writers who are able to transform audio tutorials (MP3 files) into draft Cheat Sheets and articles (that can be used initially as special reports and eventually developed into full books). The successful candidate will listen to the audio file and draft a minimum of two documents in MS Word format: 1. Cheat Sheet: an instructional summary of the audio interview 2. Article / Special Report: an article based on the Cheat Sheet You will be provided with an MP3 or MP4 audio file. You will also be provided with a transcript. Please find a sample of a Cheat Sheet attached. Please find a sample Adticle attached. The purpose of the Cheat Sheet and Article is to create a "lead magnet" or gift - something that a prospective customer can download in return for their name and email address. A graphic designer will then transform your MS Word document into something attractive and of high perceived value to my audience. Your Job: Create two compelling MS Word documents (Cheat Sheet and Article) PERSONALITY TEST We're looking for journalists and business writers who can write well but also match the personality of our brand. That's why we'd like you to answer the following three questions, however you see fit. As in all things entrepreneurial, there are no wrong answers, only interesting ones. Please keep your answers to a few sentences: 1. Who is your favourite author? Why? 2. Who is your favourite movie character? Why? 3. What are your thoughts on France? REAL WORLD TEST If you are successful in being selected from your responses to our questions above, you will be asked to transform an audio interview into a working document - a summary of the key points, which we call a Cheat Sheet. You will also be asked to create an Article from this content. You will be allocated four hours to do this at your going rate to complete this task. Successful writers will be welcomed into our team and form part of our regular contributors. You will be given a set number of projects to complete per month. A sample of a complete and designed cheat sheet is attached. A sample of an audio file is also attached. THE BUDGET How long do you think it will take to perform this task, in hours? How much is your hourly rate? What is your total bid for this project? Time and hourly rate? If you have read this far, I have one more task for you. I will like to be part of your team. Below are the answers to your questions: Kenneth E. Hagin is my favorite author. He was a great man of God blessed with insight of the word of God. He taught me (through his books) how to trust and believe God for answers to my prayers. His books inspired me to seek and hold on to God in good and bad times. My favorite actor is Angelina Jolie. I like her because she does not act normal, random films. Her roles are challenging and energy sapping. But she always acts well. I also love her charitable acts. She adopted less privileged children and look after them. France is a great country, especially when you consider Paris. Paris is the most romantic destination in the world. The colour of the sky where i live now is predominantly greyish white. My favourite author is John Grisham, I like the conversational style used in his novels and the creative style of weaving his plot from very simple to higly complex without losing his reader all through the way. My favourite movie character is Denzel Washington, he is simply amazing, his brilliance in interpreting every role is phenomenal. France? even though i have not been priviledge to visit, i think is a romantic city and serves as a bridge between the old medieval architecture and the modern technological beauty. BUDGET/SCHDULE I estimate the project can be completed in 5 days and a budget of $100

In bulding better customer relations, a free cheat sheet of 100 wrods would be writting to you on any mp3 file you send to me withing the next 2 days. Personal test. The colour of the sky here is a beautiful white covered with alayer of clouds reflecting the early morning sun. 1. My favourite author is Robin Sharma. I like the way he tells the stories and convey key concepts through these to make an impact on the reader. He is stingy with words but chooses them to make the maximum impact 2. My favourite character is Master Shifu from Kungu Panda series. Demonstrates great leadership skills and also provides a glimpse of the skills a trainer needs to have to effectively train his students. His knowledge and messages are really gems of wisdom for people of all ages 3. France is a beautful country with rich hearitage. Love watching documentries of places on Discovery channel. The people are more relaxed and i feel there is 'rush' in daily activities, they enjoy what they do I would love to do this task as i am inspired to listen to talks and interviews on TED and other platforms. It enriches my knowledge and i get to know more on various subjects. I estimate that i would be happy doing 1 task per day initially as it gives me the space to learn and scale up as i progress. I genuinely feel creativity should not be rushed, hence this conservative estimate
