Display Times Between Actions on All Open PokerStars Tables

I'm looking for someone to write a program that will tell me the time between actions on PokerStars. This program will display the time between actions of all actions at a poker table on PokerStars. The program will display the time somewhere on the screen, preferably above the persons screen name. The chat box can list each action as performed if 'Everything' is selected on the options menu. The program could watch the chat box and record the time between each action and return it to the screen. This would have to work on all tables open and the text would change size based on the size of the table. The program would also have to work if the tables are overlapping at all. Once downloaded, open up any table, click the blue chip rack on the top of the table to pull up the options screen and select 'Everything' under "Dealer Messages". This will cause the chat box to display all of the action. Without physically sitting at a table you will not be able to view player actions. The client has several free money games that could be used to test the program. I would need the program to display the timing between each 'Dealer' Message.
