Develop PIO Wordpress Theme(repost)

Hello, How are you today? Please see the attached website. I want you to develop the wordpress theme for the website. I want this to be completed and ready within three days. I need you to make it possible for me to post to the blog page and that page will show the latest 7 blog posts as well as links to the posts and to the older posts.
