Designing Work- Expert Required

Hello All, I am going to attach 2 smiley faces , The size should remain same , but I need some one who can play with these faces and in the background there should be some attractive design so that we could take print of it and stick it on the wall. The background for this design should be white. Actually this is related to kids , so we need some designing expressions along with these smiley faces. After accepting the BID I need this within one BID, and if we like the work, we have some more work too. I am enclosing herewith attached smiley faces. Best Regards
