Affiliate tracking software

Although there are hundreds of affiliate tracking products on the market, we need one written in .NET (VB). The basic application should allow affiliates to sign up and receive an email confirmation with their acccount details in a welcome letter. Affiliates should be able to log in and view past and pending payments and run commission reports based on date ranges. Affiliates should also be able to generate banners and text links that they can use on their websites. The admin section should allow for approving or canceling affiliate memberships, uploading of banners, tracking of sales, leads, and commissions. We should also be able to export a list of all payments that need to be processed so that we can import it into our check printing program. When batch exports are done, we need to be able to mark the transactions as paid. We need to be able to pay affiliates by leads or sales. Also, it should allow for paying a fixed price or a percentage of the sale. Coders with experience building affiliate tracking software is a Huge plus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
