Cell Phone App Need Developed

I need a smart phone app developed for the Iphone and Android. I need the person awarded to put the app in the apple and android store. I need an app like this [login to view URL] I need there to be tabs called radar, forecast, live video, send a photo and about. For the radar I need an interactive weather radar for a certain area across the US. Then the forecast tab I need there to be image slides. I will update them daily so the images will coem from my website. So all you haved to to is copy the images from the website into that portions of the app. I need the people to be able to slide trough the emails. Then a live video feed from [login to view URL] Then an option where the people can send pictures to an email where they click a button. Then an about portion. I need there to be an optional upgrade to get weather alerts set to there phone. It needs to be like recieving a breaking news alert. A loud noise with the alert popping up on there screen.
