Android with ontology

I am after an experienced android developer to produce a context aware (location based) communication support android application. Basically this is an augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) application that provides text to speech vocabulary based on the user’s location. The vocabulary will need to be stored in a sqllite database on the mobile device where it will be used to group vocabulary by the user location either Location based services or GPS co-ordinates. For example, if a person using My Context-Aware Buddy walks into Costa Coffee, the application will be able to recognise where they are and acts as a filter, where words or phrases are shown only to the user that is relevant when “Going to Costa Coffee”, as shown below. This allows the user to quickly order a drink and buy their favourite cake with ease. Therefore, reducing the time spent having to hunt through thousands of words or phrases when using traditional AAC devices. I have already developed this device a year ago, but unfortunately I have lost my coding and was wondering if an experienced developer could do better than me. I have provided all the screen shots in the enclosed document.
