Android App - Asap hire

this is only android app i need a fresh android firmware for samsung galaxy ace 2, firmware will be used for company use. no extra applications wanted ( browser , games etc..) -prevent users to disable gps and gprs connection -prevent users to install applications without permission - master password to enter settings ( open for better suggestions) i need a fresh android firmware without any other applications, no browsing no chat .... just installed our companys application apk. i dont want my staff install software without my permission... dont want them to enter settings section to change phones settings. i want it to updated from my server( ill host config files in my web server) dont want them to disable gps and gprs internet connection, remove buttons to disable them. i need to change settings remotely not immidiate configuration change needed but maybe phone will get config periodically from server
