Convert HTML Site to WordPress - Thesis

We lost our in house html person and want to convert this site from static html to the Thesis theme for WordPress in order to both improve the site and make it easier for us to maintain internally. This is our 1st project using WordPress and Thesis. We are looking for the following. **Skill / Experience Requirements :** 1. ***WordPress and Thesis theme experience*** - If you are a simple WordPress developer that can only do basic html to WordPress conversions ***this project is not for you.*** 2. PHP 3. HTML 4. CSS 5. JavaScript 6. Skype voice required - No video required **Job Consists of :** 1. Convert an existing 100 page html site to WordPress - Thesis. 2. Adding a blog to the site. 3. Wire Frames will be supplied. 4. Complete specification details will be supplied. 5. Successful site demonstration is required before payment will be released. 6. Simply put - We are looking for someone who can: 6.a. Complete this job. 6.b. After this job - On an ongoing basis work closely with us to: 6.b.1. Enable us to keep our internal staff to a minimum. 6.b.2. Serve as technical support / backup for our internal staff as problems / changes arise.
