Configure Plex In Docker

I'm looking for someone who has experience with Docker, Plex and Linux based systems. Plex is hardcoded to port 32400 so its impossible to run multiple instances on one server/IP address. There is a way to solve this problem by running Plex in docker on a private IP address [login to view URL] :32400 which is connected to the internet by the servers public IP address and a random port which is configured in Plex. I have been using the following Docker image. [login to view URL] Plex installs and is running but cannot be accessed through the server public IP address and port.(screenshot attached)

instead of using git hub, we could create docker file and we can expose the port and do the necessary customization.
