Build website to find Amazon best-selling products and save them

This should be built as a website. Amazon publishes list of it's 'Best Sellers' every day, for each category on the site. We want to able to login to a website and see the current bestsellers. Website should... 1) enable us to choose the Amazon country - [login to view URL] 2) enable us to select the category, e.g Home - Garden - Pets. Or whatever sub-category. Website should have an in-built facility that saves the top 100 every month for each category for each country. You can already just go to Amazon and find this data - the key features of this site will be it saves past history and enables us to quickly switch between countries.
