Create Animations for different Pictures

Create animations with After Effects for 5-6 different Layouts. Need also some single animations for 16 Teamlogos, 1 Wistle-object. From some Photoshop-Files where all details are inside as layer, we need to have some animations, which looks very fancy in a way of american sports-graphics, with some lens-flare-effects, light effects. It is a sports graphic, so it should be animated in a dynamic way. It would be great if the result would look like a 3d-design, which it is not. All the animations should be created in 1 look and feel. First Frame must be always empty. The final/last frame of the animation must look like the photoshop-file! We need to have all the files from the After Effects Project.
