Advanced Calendar Application (Quick turnaround needed)

Looking for someone to develop an advanced calendar app for our social networking website. The current app has limited functions and we would like to add a lot more interactivity and use. Selected developer will need to program from scratch since the current app is not on the lines of what we think of. We have a new idea and you will need to sign NDA before we go any further.
