Español: Ya tengo un formulario hecho con Acrobat Professional con todos sus campos pero necesito añadir 3 campos mas: - incluir foto de la personan sacada con el webcam - incluir scan del DNI - incluir firma digital son la tabla Wacom STU-300 Haciendo click en cada campo me gustaria sacar la foto, escanear el DNI y capturar la firma digital. Incluido una captura del formulario, todavia me falta crear los 3 campos, quizas en una segunda pagina. Es para acreditar socios. Con cada socio se imprime y se guarda una copia. English: I already have created a PDF with Acrobat with all its fields but still 3 fields need to be added: - field to include webcam photo of the persons face - field to include a scan of ID - field to capture signature with Wacom STU-300 tablet When clicking on each field a pop up should appear to take the snapshot, scan the ID and sign the document. Attached a sample of the form. These 3 fields will be added on a second page so the form can be printed double sided. Its for a member registration system so after each registration a copy will be printend and saved
