Hi, I am looking for a bookkeeper to check 990 transactions that have been input onto Xero for a small Australian business. All of the transactions have been input onto Xero for the whole of the 2014-2015 financial year. I just need a bookkeeper to check everything has been input correctly, and if anything is not correct, to either fix up the error where possible or to request additional information to help you clean up any errors. To help you in making a quotation I have included some additional details below to help you see how many hours of work might be involved. 13 clients. 3 of the 13 clients make up 90% of the revenue. Revenue is less than $250,000. 990 transactions. 1 main bank account. (550 transactions) 4 small sub-bank accounts. (190 transactions in total) 1 paypal account (250 transactions) All of the transactions have been input onto Xero. They just need double checking. At the end, after everything has been checked (and corrected, where necessary), all I need is the following reports sent to me in pdf: - Monthly P&L reports for each of the 12 months (July 2014 to June 2015.) - Quarterly P&L reports for Q1 to Q4 (July 2014 to June 2015). - Half yearly P&L reports (July 2014 to Dec 2014 & Jan 2015 to Jun 2015). - 12 month P&L report (July 2014 to Jun 2015). - Balance Sheet (as at June 30, 2015).
