convert large pdf files to quickbooks

Book keeping for a small company . All previous quickbook files were lost and need to be re entered quickly ( must be done this week) . Looking to convert from pdf to iif to quickbooks , enter data and categories There are approx 500 transactions per month in total from a few accounts. The bank statements will be sent as a pdf file. You will be provided with the current quickbook file and pdf of the account statements and required to enter the data for the payee , amt and categories.
