content management system install

I currently have 4 maybe 5 websites that need to have existing content manager added. The work needed will follow these steps. 1. text to html editor needs to be written or provided to add to our existing content manager system. I plan on adding this system to additional sites in the future so I will need copy rights to the code. I have provided a image below of the example of what we were using in the past. The company is no longer providing licencing so I need something new. 2. After the text editor is completed it needs to be added to our existing content manager system. I believe it is written in asp using my sql. You can see the system in action at [login to view URL] . There is an admin area that allows the user to easily edit this simple system. I will provide you with deeper access provided you look right for the job. 3. After integration of editor into existing content mannagement system one or two content management functions need to be merged into 4-5 websites . For this bid assume it's 1 item from the content manager per webpage. Example newsletter module. 4. If the price is right bidder can assume "provided work is good" there will be many more jobs to integrate content manager into more of my 130 websites to send your way.
