ASP.Net training

Hello I would like to learn ASP.Net. I am already pretty familiar with VB.Net and I have done some php.? I am not really after some sort of course, rather some Q&A through msn messenger. Nothing advanced, rather I would like to some help to kick off my ASP projects, what is the best way to go to achieve what I want to do. The sort of things I would like to cover (but not exhaustively): - understanding how the master page thing works, how to apply default formatings, etc? across? the website. - handling of files uploads - dynamic menus - dynamically creating list of forms, tables, etc - what type of sub/event handlers I should use - understand a bit better the way asp.net handles data in memory between two pages (same or different on the same project) I am sure I will find a few more topics to cover by then but that's the sort of things I want to learn.
