asp.net directory customization for premium domain name

We purchased and installed a functioining good out of the box asp.net business directory script and we are developing it for a niche service industry area in the Salon & Spa industry for a big salons domain It also has a mobile version installed and pretty much all is there already functioning with a full back end and is ready to go. We want customization on this open source script as follows below and we need all of this delivered except #12 within 1-2 weeks. #12 can be delivered within 30-60 days. It already has it so no programming is needed it just needs it plugged in and we already have a paypal account with this set up just needs to be turned on. Also need the rss feed systems turned on and ensured working 7. System has all the social network plug ins installed we just need them turned on it is already all there they just need to be turned on very simple done from backend 8. ssl cert installed so it goes to https when logged in 9. allow for businesses to claim their listings - it might have this option already but if not we will need it programmed in 10. The site has a mobile version just need to make sure it is all working and set to scale automatically very simple. Approx 10,000 imports for the US and 1000 approx for Canada as well you will import them into our back end via our already installed import system. 12. implement a unique gift card solution - the industry is salons and spas, we want all who register and list their business to accept a generic [login to view URL] gift card that we will sell, the business will get 50% of the sale of the gift card which will be sent out electronically when purchased by the user and when it is accepted at the salon or spa or barber shop or whatever business listing that accepts it, they the biz will be able to login on [login to view URL] and scan in the card and it will notify us that the card has been used so it will need a unique identifier and when they scan it in that it has been used or redeemed we are notified to send them payment and it will all update in the back end to show a running balance of what is owed and what is paid and we will have the option to pay them out via paypal mass payment or check and the system will generate a paypal mass payment file that we can download and upload into paypal to mass pay them - see this page: [login to view URL] for an example of this or [login to view URL] as well.
