Custom Varient Solution AspDotNetStorefront

Required Skills: ASP.NET 2.0 C#, XML & XSLT, AJAX, MS SQL Server databases, experience of AspDotNetStorefront would be a distinct advantage. A majority of the customisation for AspDotNetStorefront (V.1.1.0) has already been finished, however some further additional customisation is required. Part of the customisation that has already been completed is the addition of extra tables in the MS SQL Server database to store product options (Colour – Red, Black, etc, Wattage – 0.5kw, 1.0kw, etc) and the possible combinations. This then links into the existing AspDotNetStorefront database tables. That in short is the background of the project. What we require is customisation to the existing product AspDotNetStorefront XmlPackage that displays products with variants in a drop down list. The drop down list needs to be modified to dynamically display a products stored product options in radio buttons like the jpeg attached, “[login to view URL]”. AJAX is then needed, onchange, to reference the database to check if the users product option combination is a valid product variant. If so allow the customer to click the Add to Basket button which then adds the selected product variant, if not then display error message. Finally also onchange of product option radio buttons the “Product Code” should change to selected product variant along with the displayed “Price”. Product Options to be displayed radio button format as per jpeg “[login to view URL]”. Validation to check if product options selected are valid. Product Code and Price displays are updated according to the user’s product option selection. Correct addition of the selected product variant to Basket.
