Bulletin Board Project - WYSIWYG

Technology: ASP.NET (Visual Studio 2005) / C# / SQL 2005 See Attached Part 1, 2 and 3 Summary: This is a bulletin board site that will contain a main splash that contains categories and topic items under each category/topic. These would need to be created and edited by an administrator, in an administration section. The site is two levels deep, one level would be the Main Page, and the second level would be the detail page. Topic items would have a detail page behind it. Each detail page would be a single editable page, and can be edited by any registered user, most users will simply view each page as a static HTML document, but power users will have the option to edit the page if they wish.
