Custom Templates using CSS3 JQuery Prototype

Need to create Theme files. *.tpl files. Each element and CSS should be well commented for us to embed the logic properly. The closing tag for each element should be well placed whenever appropriate to avoid any confusion later on. On a high level, we want 3 pages more or less on Pinterest Theme. Pinterest homepage, Pinterest homepage with a list rather than pics and pinterest About page. We want some JQuery/Prototype work (Sliders, infinite scroll, textarea defaults). We want some good copyrighted css graphics for background, icons etc. If click on the pinterest item uses Ajax, then yes we need some Ajax work. Please attach portfolio of your work.
