The project is for the development of a working sketch-up file. We require a 3d model of the external portions of a property. - Building walls , windows, roofline, external features including colours and textures - Land survey levels - smoothed terrain - existing landscape features All components must be grouped and placed on an appropriate layer to allow quick editing. Note: no internal building detail is required.
