I currently have a UC520 and Cisco phones. My internet was upgraded and now i have 600mbps but the network infrastructure seems not to support it. I would like to have the network checked to confirm and assistance and/or recommendations to upgrade to a solution that will work.

"Hello, press 1 for... press 2 for... etc" The recording (Prompt) is on the system and works. However, when you press a key, nothing happens. Also, once the message has played, you get a standard Cisco message too! "Welcome to the Auto Attendant etc.." Not sure why. I'm virtually there but would like some help. We are using a CISCO uc520 phone system that is dumnping call history (extension , call , duration etc) into a syslog. We require someone to take the syslog and dump it into something like mysql and get it email out a summary report to a predefined distribution list every hour (Mon-FRI 0900-1800). If possible we need the abilty to change the distribution list and also change the frequency of the report. Summary report will show Username , Extension , total calls in , Incoming Duration , total calls out , outboaund duration.
