Excel Dashboard - Pivot Tables and Charts

I'd like to create a dashboard at a Team level, then also rep level too from various KPIs to be defined. The data at the moment is one (perhaps 2) table linked to a local free sql . We can control/update the table/view so calculations can be done at source if required by etl process or in excel

The tables contain all the information we should need for dimensions such as date times, and department, and team, so we can track daily/weekly performance and attendance for example

KPIs that might be calls taken, break times, sick days call times, with monthly/weekly/daily trends or others, and the top 5 staff who got the highest conversion..., and the highest score on their feedback. And by month, which are the top 5 performers for example

You should have some suggestions into the correct charts to use for KPIs to measure staff performance.

I will need charts to show some KPIs with a representatives for example total time spent on the phone, and team average and department average on the same chart (this is the bit I would be quite slow at, the presentation bit, though the data I am quite good with). So you can click on a rep and it shows you how their scores compare their team, and their team to the department

This is the sort of information that could be displayed (as attached with the gauge for example) but I would want it looking more detailed than that/more professional looking

And this is the sort of interactivity it must have. Totally controlled by slicers/pivot tables, I like this and it should be a fast build to someone good with charts!

I like the idea of having a people graph for team filters and your suggestions too

It should be quite straightforward and the dashboard/charts should export to power point for one to one feedback to the reps on how they are doing. If we need a macro for this thats ok, but otherwise I would like to keep macros and vba to none at this time otherwise perhaps add them later

This is a proof of concept for now for my benefit to see possibilites and I will like some examples of similar type of dashboard you have made.

If this one is deliver well I might need another one soon, I dont know. Initial cost for me to get to know freelancer and capabilites, I look forward to seeing your examples. I hope there will be follow up work off good delivery when we need to enhance it or build another similar at hourly rate

Good communication is key. I would like turn around quite fast on awarding of the project and sharing of the data. I have some hours over the next 4 days to collaborate with you and would like something by end of weekend hopefully complete with just tweaks required. The detail like formatting and things is something I am not very fast with. But I want it to be no maintenance, just refresh data that is all. very important is comparison to the other teams and reps

I am looking to spend £30 which I think 3 hours of work should be quite good, as the data if in good shape generally. I look forward to your examples
