Client requires a Loss Tracking Tool using an SQL database connected to a Desktop Application. System should track and report on cost of errors in the business and identify where the errors are occuring. Has an existing Excel SS that is performing the function but is too ungainly to mange. Needs solid reporting engine and easy to use. More info in attached Project Brief.
Will consider Ms Access solution as well but prefer MS SQL
