DDE data retrieval and manipulation via webserver

I need a program/script installed on my server that will go to another sites DDE link and retrieve live stock market data and store it on my site in either mySQL or flatfiles.. Then once the data is collected I need 3 different operations performed on the data and the output of the calculations displayed as simple charts and numbers on my website.. 1. The script needs to retrieve price data for a large amount of stocks every 30 seconds and calculate the amount of advancing stocks versus the amount of declining stocks and display it as a bar/candle or line chart..and in number format.. 2. It also needs to do a similar thing with the data but this time calculating the buying volume versus the selling volume and display as chart and number format… 3. The last procedure is to calculate the average volume of the advancing stocks divided by the average volume of declining stocks and display the result as bar/candle or line chart..and in number format.. I have attached an example of how I would nned th chart to look...or something similar... We will discuss more on bidding…. Lee.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

script to be installed on a linux server....which has quite tight security...so a little contact may be needed with my web host to get a script allowed to "talk" to other sites...But the guy at my server is cool and gets things done quickly!!..
