I need some help creating a report based on the provided RDLC and PDF. The attached PDF describes what fields from the dataset should be placed on the rendered CSEA membership application. There are also several PDF notes that show how some of the fields should be rendered and presented with the report. Ive also included a simple C# .net WinForms app that will load the dataset and render the report for you. Im expecting each data field to render where the specification states it should be and each row should represent a seperate CSEA membership application.
