Designers from Ukraine/Kharkov are welcome to bid. This is not a fixed price project. It's a creative process. Appointed by PayMS earlier in the year, we will create the digital advertising for PayMS payment services marketing as part of their biggest brand launch later this year. The ads will aim at 20-29 year old males, focus around the creative construct 'easier payment', such as 'no credit cards' and 'safety first'. The campaign will provide you an opportunity for you to showcase some fantastic flash creative featuring vector video, in the form of different rich media ads, including expandable banners, skys and overlays.
