Build an e-commerce website

This is no different project than any other e-commerce websites.
We need someone to create initial website which can do at least basics things of all e-commerce website.
We are start up and we don't want to invest heavy on UI or other aspects, but UI should look simple and easy to navigate. And of course website should be compatible with both, desktop/Mac browsers and cellphone browsers.
Website should do at least these basic operations:
1. Creating seller side portal where sales data entry team can add, remove and modify products.
One products will have several different variants like size, color.
All products stock must be maintained. (purchase and sell)
2. Creating customer side portal where basic operations will be needed like registration of new customer, login page, user profile, order history etc.
3. Product pages, shopping cart, checkout pages etc.
4. We will use 3rd party Payment Service Provider and details will be given later.
As mentioned above, these are the basic requirements for this e-commerce website and we need someone to establish this for us.
