Hello!

I need a Facebook expert (or possibly other more suiting social network?) to help me research if it's possible to develop a certain application I'm thinking about. First I need a professional report explaining in simple terms the focal points of this app and the main challenges for successfully creating it. We need to thoroughly explore the different options we have in archiving our goal. This report will be read by potential investors.

The freelancer who take on this project

* Need to know the basics about geo targeting audience and

* Needs to have a fundamental understanding of application connectivity (within the social network) and/or connectivity restrictions.

* You know specifically how geo targeting works in other social networks.
