Develop a code to drive two lcd screens in parallel RGB 24bits for ARM allwinner A10 cpu and Linux Debian

I'm looking for someone that can develop a code to drive these two screens in parallel RGB 24bits:

The board that drive these screens is :

Chip use in these board is an allwinner A10 and OS is Linux Debian

The work consists in:

1) Explain pins connexion from LCD to Board

(For Backlight voltage, i'm using an adjustable external power.)

2) Develop the driver using boot sequence, fex parameters and differents timing

3) Explain the operation and its integration into the kernel
