Write python code to convert binary data to ascii data (csv).

Pls check attached example for further information.

Pls note: The first column (SN_000977__#24@Neuenhof) in the test files (ascii) is NOT contained in the binary.

The columns with PKW, LKW, etc might be a class-number only (PKW stands for ordinary car, LKW for truck, etc). So this might be a class-number in the binary [url removed, login to view] examples available upon request.

We provide input (BIN) and output (CSV) to you. Further, a description of the file-format of the binary is provided. This document is in GERMAN language and will not be translated for this project.

All questions need to be asked BEFORE project is awarded. You will receive the amount asked for, and need to deliver to python code.

Before transferring any money, you will receive another BIN file and need to deliver the proper CSV/ASCII file.

If successfully implemented, further projects will be realised. Please provide references for python, django and postgres database.
