We already have a website however it looks like the current design is not appropriate and loading is very slow due to the fact that the developer was not so skilled.

Basically you will redesign the website using the material already in the site ( including videos, photos, text, contact info .... etc). you should arrange and organize the info on the website in more user friendly and interesting way. Please forget the old design completely and don't let the old design affect your new design.
