Free theme needs some modifications

I have a responsive theme, based on php and html and I am looking for someone who can modify it. The Home page only. It is a simple blog, but I need a Grid view type of look, where Post Picture size should be different. Besides that it contains a top menu, which should be displayed on the sidebar. and some header settings.
