online print designer

Hi,

i need online designer application, that will work like this [url removed, login to view] ,

but i want to have there:

- i can change in cms the size of printing format

- i can change the background image - like designing on shirt, bag, stamps, ...

- i can create in CMS the templates that can user edit

- it will automatic resize the large images that was imported

- all files will be send to me as print quality PDF files

- users can upload vector format logos, transparent pngs, and other graphics like jpg, gif

- i can upload in cms clipparts, fonts, that can be used in this online designer software

- system will upload all graphic files after pushing the button "save" and the user will have only the txt file with generated code for saving on his desktop, so he can continue next time on his designs, but after a week with no action the system will delete the files automatically.

It must be same quality as the link that i have posted and the price is important too. ONLY experienced programmers please!
