Modem scriptng

I am looking for a website/scripting to use my regular modem or my cisco ata186 . The program would do the following steps. 1) Take input of two phone numbers from a website 2) Dial using either a standard modem or directly through ata186 using the first number do a flash enter a code and another number. 3) I want it to play wav files at certain points to tell people what's going on.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
