I need a message board for my website. I have CGI bin (or whatever you call it!) capabilities. Language unimportant... your discretion EXCEPT that I don't want any Microsoft stuff as I then have to load extensions, etc. REQUIREMENTS: YOU design, YOU upload, YOU get the thing running (since I've botched uploading everything cut&paste script I ever tried to use for this project!!!) Must be relatively easy for me to maintain... eg; removing offensive postings; archiving; etc Should design for low-mid level browsers. We don't need lightning speed, but I'm for keeping things simple and relatively quick. That's about it. FYI, site is for a pub, so a sense of humour is cool. Cheers!!!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
