Freeswitch + mysql + webserver (3 server system) deployment for voip service multitenant

Looking for experienced VOIP developer to implement on CentOS 6.3 preferably:

1.) Freeswitch independent machine for processing all voip related processes.

2.) MySQL for database server / storage

3.) APACHE / NGINX web server to host fusionPBX GUI to manage freeswitch multi tenant system.

All 3 servers will be independent, as well as be required to have backup servers of each using HA.

- Require monitoring using zenoss or other capable real time monitoring.

- All servers will be behind firewall with port forwarding to appropriated servers for handling.

- Would be interested in additional monitoring scripts from FreeSWITCHed

Scripts for phones / auto provisioning for:

- polycom

- cisco

- linksys
