oscommerce calculating functions finish and fix

We got frame website and in the last months programmer was adding some features so that people could calculate size, add glass or mountain boards etc.
All automated from admin, so that we could add the options in all products selected to calculate
The guy promised to get stage 2 finished, but than we heard nothing from him, and we really hope nothing bad happened to him, but we really doubt.
So now, after waiting, messaging but no reply or whatsoever we want another skilled programmer to fix and finish the stuff
Stage 2 means that the client can select several options and combine them as one.
(Example, now is frame separate, glass, mountain board , but we want to have it all as one.)
Means user select frame, check-box will be visible with all the options, and automatically calculated.
We got a long list of messages from and to the previous programmer and several examples of how we want the options to work.
Only bid of you know oscommerce very well, and have high feedback for similar tasks.
