Online Image/Photo editor in Flash + simple website

Project is the development of an online photo/image editor (preferably in Flash) and a simple website for it. The tool has to be created in such a way that it cannot be copied onto other wesbites. See below for the specs.
Tell me your price and which features you are going to deliver for it. Project will be payed after delivery of a full functional website and flash tool (via escrow). I also want to see some examples of current and/or relevant work done earlier.
Functions Online Flash editor
• Open image (gif, jpg, bmp, png) – open from file (browse harddrive) and open from url
• Save Image (gif, jpg, bmp, png)– save to file (harddrive) and save online (via php script on server, has to be developed as well)
• Crop Image – Click and drag on the Image
• Resize – resize image, preferably with slide bar
• Rotate – left and right in steps of 90 degrees
• Flip – horizontal/vertical
• Brightness/Contrast – with slide bars
• Hue/Saturation – with slide bars
• Blur/Sharpen – with slide bars
• Undo – 1 step back or back to original
• Several Effects/Filters (if possible in steps): Sepia, Black/White, Oil Painting, Pixellate, Toon effect.
And if possible:
• Auto-levels (or auto-fix)
• Emboss
• Scratch removal (Select area and apply)
• Red eye removal (select area and apply)
• Charcoal drawing
• Add text to image
• Other effects that can be added easily (please state which ones).
Site spec’s:
• Simple website: on home page the flash editor and when image has been saved on the server show page with saved image and how to link to it or save it on harddrive.
• Graphic design and xhtml (W3C compliant). Web 2.0 design.
• PHP, Mysql
• Url: [url removed, login to view] (foto aanpassen is Dutch and means edit photo)
• All text being used has to be in a seperate file (so it is easy to translate to Dutch) and no text on images.
