We are looking for life long partners.
All of the design is done (will be provided in pictures)
So there is nothing you actually have to think up of.
Only the coding for this will be the work. (Of course we are open to suggestions)

Good programming style (variable naming, commenting important)
Knowledge of Java or PHP, css, xhtml, ajax, mysql (anything else relevant)

Someone (or a group of individuals) that I can work with again and again in the future.
Willing to communicate everyday.
Design has already been prepared and will require the following:
Functions like in [login to view URL] (Lightboxes, startbar to minimize to, resizing)
Might want to look at what Lightboxes are. Much like a window inside a browser window.
Status Bar
News Feed (Keep in mind, the design for this has been customized by the designer already)
Pictures
Calendar (Very similar to Google Calendar's, adding events, clicking on cells, dragging of table cell)
(If you do not know what this is, I suggest you take a look at Google Calendar)
Blog like system
Event system
Wall to comment on
Inbox messaging
Chatting
Friends List (Should look similar to AIM style)
Searching for a friend
(Good algorithm to find related friends)
These are generalized versions of the actual design.
We are open to advice on our design.
The designs are done already and will require CONSTANT communication with the designer.
Website must be done in such a fashion that will allow the server to run fast by minimizing the amount of calls.
We would also like to note security of the site, but we are sure that this is quite the obvious.
