Betting software for Pinnacle Sports

I am looking to have written some simple betting software which will complete the following process.
I have 2 potential ideas for methods that this can be done.
First Method.

Compare odds between betfair (this has its own API which you must already be familiar with) and Pinnacle sports.
When an arbitrage is highlighted then a bet is automatically placed on pinnacle and the corresponding lay bet placed at betfair.
The odds and bets for betfair can be taken directly from the betfair API which you must be familiar with before bidding.
The odds for pinnacle can be taken via a third party website (oddsmonkey) for which I am a paid subscriber, alternatively if you can get the odds from pinnacle a different way then please discuss, but this can not b from an odds comparison site as these are quite delayed .
The software will have a config file which will contain the log on details for the various accounts used.
The software will have some user variable inputs such as : Minimum arb value, Betfair commission, Maximum bet value.
The value of the bet placed will be dependant on the liquidity available at the exchange, for example if there is only £5 available on the exchange then the bet placed at pinnacle will be in relation to the £5 available to complete the bet.

The odds can not be taken from any odds comparison site as they are not "live" enough in order for the software to work.

second method

I set up the alert for an Arbitrage on oddsmonkey, when alerted the software you write will take that alert, check the odds are still available and place both bets in the same way as above.
This method may be the prefered option by you as it means that there is no process of continually scraping through the thousands of odds.
The alert from this site comes in the form of an email, so either that email can be picked up and acted on or alternatively if you can work out how to interface with oddsmonkey then that will provide everything required.
