customized Google maps with locations

I need a copy of this google maps website [url removed, login to view]
in particular i provide a set of locations with names, adress and geocoordinates and you make them appear on an embedded google maps.
Website is JAVASCRIPT, HMTL and CSS only ... NO mysql, php or serverside work
the following steps should appear:
1. load website
2. request partners via an ajax request
3. show googlemaps with all locations
4. if there are too many locations on one place, group them (like in the demo site).
5. if you click on a given location, a popup with some additional information appears (like in the demo site)
google maps should have a custom design like on the demo site ...

for the first step, you provide some demo locations so i can see what format you need and then provide an server api to give you that
if you want to get this project, please post a link where you already implemented a similar google maps project.
1 more thing:
the google map on that link only works on the USA ... so please move your map vision to usa to see that map what i would like to have.
