vectorize existing logo with car -- 2

We want to have this logo printed, so weed it in vector format.
It has two parts :
- the car illustration with its drop shadow circle underneath
- the title and baseline.
- The car illustration can be found it the attached .AI work (you have all layers available to extract it)
- The text part is built with FIRA font (google font) , as you can see on the psd attached.
- The shapes, alignements, color must remain the same
- Color setting must be CMYK
- We need it as .eps file
- Deadline within 48h
