I need some Graphic Design for a game app must have experiance

Dear team

I would like graphic design done for a game app

there will be a total of around 16 characters I will roughly sketch them on on paper and email to winning bidder

Will also need to designs

icons health, body Armour etc etc

power ups

Weapons

Background scrolling screen (obviously you just do the background there are 10 different stages so will need ten different backgrounds they will be simple like woodland area city area

You will also need to develop some obstacles that the character can dodge out of the way from like trees

The view will be from birds eye view and the app plas to be a shooter that scrolls form bottom to the top

Don't ask what budget is as you bid what yopu can do the job for

i expect you to have active interest and active mind willing to participate in the design

the characters will need a above head view and will need a side cool view for the title screen when u slect the character

a story board will be proved to the winning bidder once a NDA is signed and agreed

As soon as you receive payment for the material all copyright is signs over to me

You are to show willingness and creativity throughout the project I have excellent feedback as a hirer however also expect to be treated with respect any messing around not tolerated

The game will be a vertically scrolling shooter

If you read this and are a app designer happy to increase budget for complete package including programming you quote me done ask my budget

Graphic designer will need solid track record in cartoon design
