Build a video conferencing solution using flash/flex technology

Need to build an Audio-Video Conferencing Solution. This will allow people to collaborate across the globe in real time eliminating the need to travel from one place to another for meetings.

The person we need must be knowledgeable in Flex / Flash Technology and have a fair understating of the HTML 5 Platform.
